In accordance with the law n.196 of the 30.06.2003 (art.13), Radar Detectives informs its own customers about:
a) personal data (here called Data):
1- they are useful for the orders management and if you do not accept furnishing them,Radar Detectives could not satisfy your request.
2- they could be used for business promotional and/or selling aims and for statistics too, in order to monitor the satisfaction’s degree of customers about provided services and made activities. They are used in order to improve customers’ needs and locate potential customers for each product and service.
b) Radar Detectives uses manual, informatics and telematic means by treating your data. Anyway, the treatment happens with logics joined to the above mentioned aims and it warranties data’s security and privacy. They will be secured and stored in limited accessed places under a continuous control.
